Have you plan to live in Germany in a Klapkot? Often, you then have to comply with the requirements of the GEG (Gebäudeenergiegesetz). This law sets energy and insulation requirements for new buildings. The GEG clapper is specially designed for people who register their Tiny House with the local municipality for a permit or permanent permission.
Do you use the Klapkot exclusively for recreation or do not stay in one location for more than four months? Then you do not have to comply with the Gebäudeenergiegesetz and can choose one of our other Klapkot models.
The GEG clapper is equipped with additional insulation: Roof: 120 mm, Walls: 110 mm, Floor: 100 mm. In addition, the model features solid Western Red Cedar window frames with HR++ glazing.
As standard, the GEG camper comes with a complete kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, gas hob, tap and sink. Optional options include induction, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The bathroom has a lockable shower tray, toilet and washbasin as standard. A nice detail is the infrared mirror: comfortably warm and less condensation. Partially off-grid is also a possibility. Klapkot offers various options, such as a dry toilet and a pellet stove.
The façade of the GEG clapboard is finished with durable aluminium in anthracite as standard. If required, this can be changed to other aluminium RAL colours or an aluminium wood look.
Thanks to these features, the GEG Klapkot is extremely suitable for permanent living in Germany. Thanks to its very high insulation values, the Klapkot is comfortable in cold winters and hot summers. A stylish and sustainable choice for those who want to live in a unique and flexible way.

The GEG hitman
With a clever fold-out design, the GEG fold-out offers a whopping 23.00m² of living space, ideal for several people who want to enjoy themselves together. And, all on the ground floor, no dangerous stairs taking you to a cramped much too warm sleeping area.
Four seasons
The GEG clapboard is designed to meet the requirements of the German Building Energy Act (GEG). The roof has 120 mm of insulation, the walls 110 mm and the floor 100 mm.
The insulation consists of high-quality PIR insulation and the window frames are fitted with HR++ double glazing. This combination ensures a comfortable indoor climate, making the Klapkot a pleasant place to live and stay all year round, both during hot summers and cold winters.
Kitchen & bathroom
In the GEG slapper, you cook like you used to. The kitchen comes with a Technicall Matt worktop: stylish, scratch-resistant and heat-resistant. As standard, you will find a fridge, sink and four-burner gas hob.
The bathroom is complete and fully customisable. The GEG clapper comes standard with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a mirror with integrated infrared heating. The bathroom can be connected to the sewer. Is this not possible? Then we offer solutions such as a dry or chemical toilet. Thanks to the clear specification list, you can easily put together your kitchen and bathroom with one of our experts.
Smart heating and climate options
The GEG clapper is heated with infrared panels as standard. If you want even more comfort, opt for underfloor heating, a splitairco or even a pellet stove.

The GEG clapper is built on a trailer with registration plate. As a result, you not only enjoy freedom of movement, but also practical advantages. For private individuals, this often means no or fewer building permits, no foundation and more flexibility: you simply place it and move it again just as easily.
For recreation operators, this offers room to place more accommodation within the same permit, operate faster and move accommodation without hassle.
