In a quiet spot overlooking the water, we placed a Kleinklapper. This location required a modified approach: at high tide, the water level can rise to about 60 centimetres above street level. Therefore, the Kleinklapper was placed elevated on screw piles.

A 36 m² decking terrace, made of Bilinga hardwood, was installed all around. The result is a pleasant private recreation house, with the many glass windows providing a wide view over the water.
