The Instapklapper remains faithful to the Klapkot concept in its design and appearance, but has intentionally simplified options. With 24 m² of living space, this model is surprisingly spacious and suitable for four to five people. The Instapklapper is available in a single layout, which you can upgrade with a luxury package that gives you the option to access the box bed from two sides.
The Starter Deal comes with a complete kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a two-burner induction hob, a tap, and a stainless steel sink. The bathroom features a lockable shower cubicle, toilet, and washbasin. An added bonus is the infrared mirror in the bathroom, which is nice and warm and also saves space. Want to go for off-grid options? No problem, Klapkot offers several options for this, such as a composting toilet, roof preparation for solar panels, water tanks, and a pellet stove.
Standard, the facade cladding is anthracite aluminium. Optionally, you can choose aluminium with a wood look or modified Scandinavian pine (Vuré Noir). The Instapklapper has plenty of windows for a strong outdoor feel. The frames are made of solid Western Red Cedar with insulated glass.
As standard, the Investklapper is fitted with a Mitsubishi split air conditioning unit, suitable for both cooling and heating. This ensures a pleasant indoor climate all year round.
The Investklapper is remarkably complete for its price. Ideal for those who do not need all the extras but want to enjoy the space, flexibility and comfort of a Klapkot.

The Investklapper
With a clever fold-out design, the Instapklapper offers a whopping 24.00m² of living space, ideal for several people who want to enjoy themselves together. And, all on the ground floor, no dangerous stairs leading you to a cramped much too warm sleeping area.
Four seasons
The Instapklapper is made for every season. All walls, floors, and the roof are fully insulated, the clever folding construction makes no compromises on this. The Instapklapper uses PIR insulation, one of the most effective forms of insulation. This ensures that the interior remains pleasant at the height of summer and in the middle of winter. The Instapklapper features insulated tempered glass. Options such as HR++ laminated glass are optional for even better insulation.
Kitchen & bathroom
In the kitchen, you cook like you used to. The kitchen comes with a Technicall Matt worktop: stylish, scratch-resistant and heat-resistant. A fridge, sink and induction come as standard.
The bathroom is complete and fully customisable. The Instapklapper comes as standard with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a mirror with integrated infrared heating. The bathroom can be connected to the sewage system. Is this not possible? Then we offer solutions such as a dry or chemical toilet. Smart heating and climate options
The Instapklapper is supplied as standard with heating and cooling via a split air conditioning unit. For even more comfort, opt for underfloor heating, infrared panels or even a pellet stove.
Solar panels
Would you like to power your Investklapper with solar energy? No problem. The roof of an Instapklapper can accommodate up to six solar panels.

Always mobile
The Investklapper is on a trailer with registration number and can be approved as a caravan. As a result, you not only enjoy freedom of movement, but also practical advantages. For individuals, this often means no or fewer building permits, no foundation and more flexibility: you simply place it and move it again just as easily.
For leisure business operators, this offers scope to place more accommodations within the same permit, to operate more quickly, and to move accommodations easily, which saves time and money. Sometimes the caravan status even offers a tax advantage.
Experience through light and space
The large glass areas create a pleasant experience: inside and outside flow effortlessly into one another. As standard, the Investklapper has two panoramic windows on the left side, with the bunk beds one fine window and a front with double door surrounded by glass.
Choice of layouts
The Instapklapper is available in a single layout; those who want extra comfort can choose the luxury version, where the box bed is accessible via two entrances.
