At 6.48 metres long, the Kleinklapper is Klapkot’s most compact model. Thanks to the clever fold-out system, you still enjoy a surprisingly generous amount of space. The model is ideal for two people, with the option to host an extra guest by, for example, placing a sofa bed in the living area. The Kleinklapper is supplied in one version, which you can upgrade with a luxury package.
The Kleinklapper comes standard with a complete kitchen and bathroom. As standard, the kitchen includes a fridge, gas hob, tap, and sink. With additional options for induction, dishwasher, and washing machine. The bathroom comes standard with a pleasant lockable shower cubicle, toilet, and a sink. A nice feature of the bathroom is the infrared mirror, which is pleasantly warm and takes up less space. Interested in off-grid options? No problem, Klapkot offers several options for this, such as a composting toilet, solar panels, batteries, water tanks, and a pellet stove.
The frame of the Kleinklapper is made of aluminium, the inside of durable wood. As standard, the Kleinklapper has aluminium anthracite cladding, you can choose to apply wood-look aluminium cladding or modified Scandinavian spruce (Vuré Noir).
The Kleinklapper has many windows for that outdoor feeling, the frames are made of solid Western Red Cedar with HR+ glazing. Upgrade to HR++ possible.

The Kleinklapper
The Kleinklapper is compact in size, but big on possibilities. Its clever fold-out system creates 23m² of living space, perfect for two people. Is there a guest coming over? Then a sofa bed in the living room always provides an extra sleeping place.
Weighing 2,850 kg, it is the lightest model within the Kleinklapper range. That makes the Kleinklapper ideal for smaller plots, but also for anyone who consciously chooses a more compact and manoeuvrable accommodation. A smart balance between comfort, freedom and practicality.
Four seasons
The Kleinklapper is made for every season. All walls, floors and the roof are fully insulated; the fold-out construction does not compromise this at all. The Kleinklapper uses PIR insulation, one of the most effective forms of insulation. As a result, it always remains pleasant inside in the middle of summer as well as in the middle of winter.
Kitchen & bathroom
In the Kleinklapper, you cook like you used to. The Kleinklapper contains the same size kitchen as the Grootklapper. The kitchen has a Technicall Matt worktop: stylish, scratch-resistant and heat-resistant. As standard, you will find a fridge, sink with tap and a choice between gas or induction. If you want more comfort, choose extra options such as a dishwasher.
The bathroom is complete and fully customisable. The Kleinklapper comes as standard with a shower, toilet, washbasin and a mirror with integrated infrared heating. The bathroom can be connected to the sewer. Is this not possible? Then we offer solutions such as a dry or chemical toilet. Thanks to the clear specification list, you can easily put together your kitchen and bathroom with one of our experts.
Smart heating and climate options
The Kleinklapper is heated with energy-efficient infrared panels as standard. If you want even more comfort, choose air conditioning, underfloor heating or even a pellet stove.
Solar panels
Want to power your Kleinklapper with solar energy? No problem, a Kleinklapper can handle up to five solar panels on the roof. Our staff will assemble and install them for you upon request.

Always mobile
The Kleinklapper is on a trailer with registration number and can be approved as a caravan. As a result, you not only enjoy freedom of movement, but also practical advantages. For private individuals, this often means no or fewer building permits, no foundation and more flexibility: you simply place it and move it again just as easily. You can unfold a Klapkot within one hour, alone or with two people.
For leisure operators, this offers scope to place more accommodation within the same licence, operate faster and move the accommodation without hassle. Sometimes caravan status even provides a tax advantage.
Experience through light and space
The large glass areas create a pleasant experience: inside and outside flow effortlessly into one another. As standard, the Kleinklapper has two panoramic windows on the left side, a vertical window to the ground on the right, one square window in the bathroom and a front with double door surrounded by glass.

The Kleinklapper is available in one layout. The standard Kleinklapper is packed with options, but would you like some extra comfort?
