From spring 2026, it could become a reality: your own Klapkot by the sea, on the Klepperstee. 

Individuals looking for their own holiday home surrounded by greenery, close to the coast have the opportunity to buy a Klapkot on an existing plot. You rent the plot from holiday park De Klepperstee, the Klapkot is your property. The cottage is for your own use and has the possibility of limited rental (50 nights per year).

The Klepperstee-Klapkot:

This unique model is not placed on wheels but as fixed accommodation. This way, the Klapkots are suitable for thicker insulation, the facades are completely finished with thermally modified Scandinavian wood and the solid red cedar window frames have HR++ glazing. Besides the Klapkot itself, it also includes a storage shed (2.5×2.5m), completely in the same style as the Klapkot. Furthermore, the Klapkot has a hardwood deck of 25m2.

Classification
This Klapkot has a total area of over 30m², ideal for several people who want to enjoy themselves together.

The Klapkot has a comfortable box bed (accessible from two sides for two people) and a bunk bed. This makes it suitable for four people in total. No narrow staircases or separate sleeping floors, but everything on the ground floor. The look is warm and modern, with wood trim, round corners and a vinyl floor in a herringbone pattern.

The Klapkot is delivered complete, including fixed lighting, blinds and curtains, so it is ready to use immediately.

In the Klapkot, you cook as you would at home. The kitchen comes with a Terracotta Technical Matt worktop: stylish, scratch- and heat-resistant. You'll find a fridge, tap, sink, four-burner induction hob and an extractor fan.

The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and a mirror with integrated infrared heating. The walls have a calm, timeless concrete look and the bathroom will be connected to the water and sewer system.

The Klapkot is comfortable in every season. Underfloor heating provides warmth in winter, while the split air conditioning can both cool and heat.

At Klapkot, we love insects, but prefer them outside. Therefore, all windows in the kitchen and bedstead are fitted with insect screens.

Garden
The abundance of glass allows the inside and outside to blend together. And that comes full circle at this beautiful park.

Your Klapkot has its own decking of no less than 25 m², made of Bilinga wood. Would you like to extend the decking with a veranda? We will be happy to make that for you on request. The decking has a favourable sun position on all plots.
